**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Responsibilities & Duties:
Offer comprehensive information on product returns and procedures.
Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions using basic CRM systems.
Utilize knowledge bases to disseminate information about known issues.
Contribute to the creation of product support documentation as needed.
Manage tasks to completion or refer them to appropriate third parties.
Prioritize and handle multiple open items simultaneously.
Quickly establish rapport with customers and professionals as necessary.
Address internal and external customer concerns promptly and professionally to achieve successful resolutions.

Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Strong active listening and questioning skills, with the ability to articulate solutions confidently.
Team player with a collaborative mindset.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Critical thinking skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a BPO environment.
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, primarily night shifts.
