Job description
Role & responsibilities Customer Service Associate- International Voice process (US) Predominantly night Shifts Deliver professional, courteous, and accurate customer service Handle inbound calls for US healthcare clients US Shifts - 24/7, 5 days week, rotational off Work Location Mumbai
Preferred candidate profile Graduate Freshers Courteous with strong customer service orientation. Dependable with attention to detail. Good listening and speaking skills. Willingness to learn.
