Job Description
Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our team supporting the Indian market, responsible for providing world-class customer service and support to our clients in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in automotive customer care (car or motorcycle) and be passionate about delivering high-quality service. This role involves direct interaction with customers through various communication channels and working in alignment with the companys customer-first philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers via calls, emails, social media, and other assigned channels.
- Resolve inquiries and complaints per company policy.
- Transfer sales leads and special cases to relevant departments.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and collect feedback.
- Participate in care campaigns (recall, loyalty, promotions, etc.).
- Report customer feedback and suggest improvements.
- Comply with company culture, processes, and assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- 3+ year of experience in automotive customer service (car or motorcycle)
- Fluent in English
- Willing to work shifts
- Bachelor degree or higher
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer care skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
