We are looking for a skilled professional to work in our remote team as a Customer Service Agent.

This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in accordance with company policies.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy and professionalism.
  • Offer recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities to enhance guest experiences.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of customer service agents, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving customer service processes and overall satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and customer service software.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills. An American accent is a significant plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
