Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Use a suite of technology tools to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Escalate and distribute issues to appropriate departments as needed.
- Record, review, and follow up on customer requests and resolutions.
- Investigate and propose solutions to client issues.
- Update customer records accurately during conversations.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call quality and occupancy targets.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a B2C-focused financial or banking services environment.
- Knowledge of the U.S. credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.
- Strong customer-first mindset with empathy and active listening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A solution-oriented approach and a willingness to learn new tools and processes.
