Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our finance team in delivering sustainable growth for our business, customers, and brands.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively to non-finance stakeholders.

They should also have strong commercial acumen, with the ability to drive business performance by providing financial and commercial expertise and insights.

Furthermore, they must be proactive, self-driven, and have a dynamic work environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting AOP delivery on Volume, NSV, OP Cash, and Pricing, as well as strengthening Finance O&R process. You will also be required to build Pre and Post M&E mindset for Trade Spend investments (BTL and TTL).

Additionally, you will collect past c-forms, ensure process improvement, and reduce timelines of recording the same. You will also unlock savings and ensure hygiene by dialing up Distributor ROI.

Finally, you will identify risks and track them with RCFH, and highlight any AML or legacy issues with the legal consul to ensure resolution.
