Job Title: Business Operations Manager - Financial Due Diligence Specialist
About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team in a key role that involves financial due diligence. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading the execution of client services as an Engagement manager, driving project execution, reviewing reports, and providing valuable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the target business, including its competitive positioning, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Lead the team during project execution, ensuring timely delivery of quality reports and presentations.
  • Interpret and analyze information memoranda, business plans, publicly available data, and other relevant sources.
  • Produce high-quality deliverables, including Excel and PowerPoint documents, within agreed timelines.
  • Evaluate historical trading, cash flow, and balance sheet data, as well as projections and underlying assumptions.
  • IDentify key issues related to the deal, assess their impact on valuation, and advise on ways to address them.
  • Buid and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring compliance with risk management procedures.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing efforts, review processes, and continually improve them to capture and leverage knowledge.
  • Build and manage a team effectively, serving as a strong role model, mentor, and coach.
  • Work on business development, proposals, and cost estimates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in financial due diligence, corporate finance, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality reports and presentations under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
