About us:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Leader to drive the financial success of our organization. With a strong background in financial management, you will play a key role in planning, analyzing, and decision-making to ensure the company's financial health and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with leaders to establish benchmarks for pricing, contract structuring, and margin analysis for large deals.
  • Accounting & Compliance: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger, ensuring compliance with India, US, and Canadian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
  • Cash Flow & Risk Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency, identifying and implementing mitigation strategies for financial risks.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organizational goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, collaborating with practice heads to align financial goals with business objectives.

Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in the technology services industry.
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho or similar).
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and detail orientation, with the ability to interpret data, generate, and communicate insights.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
