Senior Financial Strategist

As a Senior Financial Strategist, you will play a key role in driving the company's financial objectives forward. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain comprehensive financial strategies and roadmaps that align with the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Management: Manage multiple key initiatives around AOP cost transformations, AI and Automation solutions, product enhancements, process redesign, global enterprise programs, and other finance-related programs.
  • Project Planning: Create project plans with clear action items & milestones.
  • Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Create and monitor program budgets and resource allocation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage global stakeholder engagement and communications of project plans and status, risks and escalations, and project deliverables.
  • Obstacle Removal: Identify and remove obstacles for implementation of projects to ensure timely execution.
  • KPI Tracking: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Status Updates: Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and steering committees if requested.
  • Financial Alignment: Align project portfolios with organizational financial goals and objectives.
  • Transformation Leadership: Provide executive-level oversight of critical Order to Cash transformation initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, ability to communicate complex financial information effectively, and expertise in financial modeling and budgeting.
