French Sales and Business Development Specialist

As a French Sales and Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding American restaurateurs onto our client's platform. Your key objectives include:
- Convincing and signing up restaurateurs for one of the client's commission packages
- Ensuring shift and schedule adherence
- Maintaining timely follow-ups and scheduling callbacks to customers where necessary
You will set high standards of performance for yourself, assuming responsibility and accountability for completing assignments/tasks. This includes making advertisers and their needs a primary focus of your actions, developing and sustaining productive customer relationships.
Your expertise and thorough understanding of products and processes will be displayed throughout your interactions with advertisers and stakeholders. You will escalate problems/issues to the Supervisor/Technical Experts when warranted and meet QA/QC requirements and other key performance metrics.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- B2, C1, or C2 certification in French
- 1-3 years of experience in handling French calls
- Driving for Results: Challenging, pushing the organization and themselves to excel and achieve
The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. As a market leader, we offer competitive compensation packages, flexible working hours, and opportunities for growth and development within our company.
