At our esteemed organization, we are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Team Leader – Counselling.

As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a group of Education Counsellors in achieving their sales targets and monthly quotas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and oversight to the Education Counsellors, ensuring they meet their performance goals and maintain high levels of productivity.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional service and support to drive business growth.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and analyze team performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall results.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: Possess at least 5-7 years of experience in leading a counselling/sales team within the education industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and lead by example.
  • Results-Oriented: Be a target-driven individual with a focus on achieving results, while maintaining a quick learning pace and adaptability under pressure.
