The Academic Counsellor Trainee is a pivotal role within our organisation, tasked with guiding students through our school curriculum and providing support to parents and students alike.
Key responsibilities include mentoring students, supporting parents and students through in-house counselling sessions, converting potential leads into admissions, and building long-term relationships with students and parents.
Requirements for Success- Prior experience in sales, academic counselling, or Business Development roles is preferred, but not essential. Freshers with 0-3 months of experience are also welcome to apply.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills are crucial in this role, as well as a passion for education and mentorship.
- Target-driven individuals who are eager to grow in a sales-oriented career are highly encouraged to apply.
