About this role:
As a customer service professional, you will play a key part in educating potential customers about our product and service. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional customer experiences by enhancing relationships between them.
Key responsibilities include:
- Calling US customers to explain about our program.
- Following up with customers to ensure they have the classes they need.
- Participating in training and taking trial classes to stay up-to-date on our offerings.
- Managing client relationships, collecting feedback, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in call centers or similar environments.
- A friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills to engage with customers.
- The ability to listen actively and respond appropriately to customer needs.
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of US localization is a plus.
