Project Coordinator Job Opportunity

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing project workflows.

The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects. Reporting to the Product Manager, you will be responsible for organizing, monitoring, and delivering quality outcomes for client projects.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute and deliver international client projects efficiently.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationship management.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring all deliverables align with client expectations and timelines.
  • Coordinate tasks and workflows with development teams to maintain smooth operations.
  • Ensure quality control by verifying and validating project deliverables.
  • Continuously work to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide timely updates and reports to stakeholders on project status.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Experience: Minimum 1+ year in project coordination or management.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and French (DELF B2 minimum).
