Job Opportunity: Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee project execution from inception through completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure project goals align with the organization's strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. They will develop comprehensive project plans and associated communication documents, as well as coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, creating mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Track project performance, analyzing successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Provide regular status updates and project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello).
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
