About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Associate to support our project management efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects across various workstreams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of projects, creating work plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely output.
  • Assist in managing grant deliverables, including timelines, data gathering, reporting, and documentation alignment with funder requirements.
  • Liaise with external partners, supporting meetings, note-taking, follow-ups, and maintaining strong communication while building long-term relationships.
  • Conduct research, benchmarking, and stakeholder mapping as required, synthesizing findings into actionable insights for decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Assist in drafting reports, case studies, presentations, toolkits, and other knowledge outputs, ensuring project documentation is organized and up-to-date.
  • Support ecosystem engagement efforts, including event coordination, outreach to stakeholders, and tracking engagement activities, representing the team in external convenings when needed.
  • Help coordinate internal team meetings, take meeting notes, manage calendars, and support logistical needs related to consultants, events, and operational requirements.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years or more experience in the development sector, preferably in India and/or international settings.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, enabling independent work, system-building, and navigation of dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • The ability to manage complex project deliverables with agility and adaptability.
  • Budget management skills.
  • Proven experience in managing multi-stakeholder initiatives, engaging senior stakeholders, and fostering partnerships with nuanced management of external partnerships.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, analytical skills, and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • An impact-first and outcome-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with both public and private sectors, as well as the donor/philanthropy space.
  • Background or interest in gender, women's studies, healthcare, or related fields is preferred.
