We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a Project Manager / Delivery Manager / Operations Manager to ensure smooth client implementations, efficient delivery, and successful customer adoption of OctaBees ERP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end ERP software implementation projects for clients.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, support, business analysts) to ensure on-time and successful delivery.
  • Understand client requirements, create project plans, define timelines, and track milestones.
  • Drive project governance, risk management, and quality control.
  • Manage client communication, stakeholder expectations, and provide regular status updates.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term adoption of OctaBees ERP.
  • Continuously improve internal delivery processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Mentor and guide project coordinators, analysts, and junior team members.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 to 10 years of experience in Project Management / Delivery / Operations roles, preferably in ERP, SaaS, or IT implementations.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, software delivery lifecycle, and client operations.
  • Proven experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
