
Sales Development Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Specialist to drive new sales opportunities, understand customer needs, and collaborate with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer requirements and preferences
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Closere sales and achieve quarterly targets
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales or business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
