Executive Food and Beverage Manager

This role requires a high level of professionalism and responsibility. As an Executive Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of food and beverage operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Administration: To discharge duties effectively and efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Responsible for efficient liaisoning with internal customers like the Executive Chef, F & B Manager, Materials Manager, and their team members.
  • Bar Tender Management: Effective controls to ensure excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Supplier Management: Maintaining good relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable prices and terms.
  • Financial Management: Ensuring movement of goods within the hotel is properly supported and documented, monitoring stock levels, preparing and issuing cost reports, and reconciling stores on regular intervals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
  • Able to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a team player.
