Job Title:

Process Trainer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Process Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing training batches, providing feedback and coaching agents, and conducting training sessions.

Main Responsibilities

  • New Hire Training (Classroom and Computer-Based/Remote)
  • Manage Training Batches (1:20 Ratio)
  • Feedback and Coaching Agents on Process, Quality, and Best Practices
  • Documented Feedback on Identified Gaps in Audit
  • Weekly Calibration Calls with Client/Internal Team
  • Conduct Training Sessions within Specified Timelines
  • Performance Assessment of Trainees during Tests
  • Database Management, Tbase, Daily Reports, and Analysis
  • Motivating Associates through Effective Management and Career Development
  • Process Transactions on a Weekly or Monthly Basis
  • Competency Maintenance through TTT Certification and Product Knowledge
  • TNI on Audit Findings and Conduct Refresher Sessions
  • Track Performance Records and Analyze Data Critically

Critical Skills Required

  • Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
  • Flexibility to Work in Shifts (Afternoon Preferred)
  • Knowledge of UK Mortgages
  • Experience with Microsoft Applications (Form, Excel, Word)
  • Attention to Detail for Accuracy
  • Ability to Conduct Detailed Investigations and Research Solutions
  • Result-Oriented and Client-Focused
  • Feedback and Coaching Skills
  • Good Rapport Building Skills and Methodical Organization

Selection Criteria

  • Graduate in Any Stream
  • Minimum 3+ Years Experience in UK Mortgages (E2E Preferable)
  • Indian Citizen or Eligible to Work in India
  • Above 18 Years of Age
