Insurance Training Specialist - Guidewire Expert

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced insurance training specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for Guidewire applications. Your expertise in training staff and managing virtual and on-site training logistics will be invaluable in helping us achieve our goals.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain comprehensive training curricula for Guidewire applications, including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter. Create custom training materials aligned with specific client implementations and develop role-based learning paths for different user groups. Coordinate and conduct instructor-led training sessions, manage the training program end-to-end, and oversee training environments to ensure expected outcomes are delivered. Align training timelines with project milestones and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback. Identify gaps in knowledge transfer and implement solutions, continuously update training content based on product version improvements and evolution of project demands. Maintain a repository of training materials and documentation, ensuring materials are refreshed constantly to reflect current product versions and capabilities. Create job aids and quick reference guides that provide offline support to those who need it. Report training progress to project leadership and coordinate with business units to schedule training sessions. Collaborate with CoE Leads to partner on the creation of assets and methods to boost internal architecture capabilities, lead exploration of Guidewire's newest capabilities, and establish frameworks for evaluating and prioritizing innovation initiatives. Balance quick wins with longer-term strategic innovations and create a culture of continuous improvement and technological exploration. Provide technical direction for complex customizations and configurations, ensuring innovations align with Guidewire upgrade paths and best practices.

Requirements
