Job Title: Process Trainer

Located in Bangalore, we are seeking an experienced Process Trainer with a background in insurance training or as a BPO voice trainer.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in delivering impactful training sessions to drive performance and process excellence.

We are looking for a passionate professional who can conduct new hire and ongoing process training for insurance and BPO voice processes, develop engaging training modules tailored to business requirements, assess trainees through tests, role plays, and feedback sessions, plan for upcoming batches, and be responsible for the team's performance and quality of the training imparted.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience as a Process Trainer, preferably in insurance or BPO voice training.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end training cycles.
  • Experience in handling rotational shifts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and people development skills.
