We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic professional to join our team as a Demand Generation Specialist.
This role involves developing and executing outbound campaign plans that drive sales and revenue growth. If you have experience in campaign management, a strong understanding of sales funnel metrics, and excellent collaboration skills, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Strategic Outbound Campaign Plans: Create data-driven campaign strategies that align with business goals and target audience needs.
- Launch and Optimize Campaigns: Manage the launch, monitoring, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns to achieve desired outcomes.
- Design and Execute A/B Tests: Develop and execute experiments to improve messaging, targeting, and cadence for enhanced performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams to gather inputs and feedback, ensuring seamless campaign execution.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Build and analyze dashboards to track campaign metrics and inform strategic decisions.
- Team Coaching and Guidance: Provide expert advice and best practices to team members on demand generation tactics.
- Strong Analytical Mindset: 1–3 years of experience in campaign management or demand generation, with a focus on data analysis and strategy.
- Proficiency in CRM and Automation Tools: Experience with tools like HubSpot and Sales Navigator to manage and optimize campaigns.
- Solid Understanding of Sales Funnel Metrics: Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales funnel metrics to measure campaign success.
- Multitasking and Time Management: Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
