About This Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to coordinate hotel reservations, handle guest inquiries, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Daily Tasks: Handle incoming guest calls & emails, provide information about hotel services, and manage daily workloads.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication skills, a keen eye for details, and a professional approach during guest interactions.
- Reservations: Ensure all reservations, enquiries, and special requests are accurately processed & confirmed in line with company policies.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by handling complex inquiries and requests.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with regular guests to encourage repeat visits and cultivate new guest relationships to foster loyalty.
- Problem Solving: Identify, analyze, and solve problems effectively.
- Guest Engagement: Proactively follow up and engage with guests throughout their journey at the hotel to enhance their overall experience.
