Job Summary:

We seek a seasoned Talent Manager to oversee the planning and execution of successful campaigns that drive engagement and growth for top-tier talent.

  • Assist in campaign setup, influencer selection, and timeline management.
  • Coordinate content creation with influencers to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Support in identifying and reaching out to potential influencers, negotiating terms, and maintaining relationships.
  • Review influencer content to ensure it meets brand standards before posting.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Manage talent schedules and availability to align with client timelines and deliverables.
  • Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to ensure campaigns meet brand objectives and influencers' strengths.
  • Support the Senior Manager in executing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Identify and onboard new talent, supporting their growth, career success, and alignment with industry trends.

Key Requirements:

  • 6-12 months experience in artist/influencer management
  • Strong knowledge of social media and influencer trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
