Job Overview

The Senior Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of alumni-focused e-learning content projects across global markets.

This role requires a positive attitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

Experience in the e-learning/EdTech industry is essential, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage the full lifecycle of global alumni e-learning content projects from planning to execution.
  • Prepare project maps, resource allocation plans, and execution strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions.
  • Oversee key project metrics - effort, timeline, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and execute e-learning content projects for global alumni.
  2. Develop project management templates and lead process improvement initiatives.
  3. Closely coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution.
  4. Review deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  5. Provide strategic inputs to meet evolving customer requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized with strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Open to feedback and an outstanding team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in working within a virtual team and 5+ years of e-learning/ed-tech work experience.
  • Proficient in MS Excel/Airtable and Wrike or other project management tools.
