Job Opportunity:

Lead the design, execution and oversight of impactful learning strategies that drive employee growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design innovative learning programs to support organizational objectives.
  • Develop scalable leadership development, employee engagement and talent retention initiatives.
  • Lead high-impact training program creation and facilitation in communication, behavioral skills, soft skills and analytical skills.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning through tailored leadership training.
  • Partner with senior leaders, HR and department heads to identify organizational learning needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for stakeholders on training alignment and business objectives.
  • Oversee Learning Management System management and optimization for seamless access, tracking and reporting.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness using data-driven approaches.
  • Mentor team members on advanced facilitation techniques and instructional design methodologies.
  • Coordinate workshops, seminars and e-learning initiatives efficiently.
  • Create high-quality instructional materials including manuals, presentations and digital content.
