Lead Learning Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the design, planning, and delivery of impactful learning initiatives across our organization.

This role will focus on building strategic learning programs, driving performance and competency development, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive learning strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and deploy tailored learning solutions.
  • Facilitate classroom sessions and virtual instructor-led training (VILT) for employees at all levels.
  • Collaborate with business units and leaders to co-create learning programs that drive results.
  • Design and deliver high-quality learning content, interventions, and evaluations.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, subject matter experts, and functional leaders on talent development solutions.
  • Support performance management and competency management initiatives.
  • Maintain effective communication and engagement of stakeholders in learning programs.
  • Manage administrative tasks to ensure seamless delivery of training solutions.
  • Apply continuous improvement practices to enhance learning effectiveness.
  • Analyze and report on learning metrics, trends, and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development/Talent Development.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing learning programs.
  • Strong facilitation skills in both physical and virtual environments.
  • Knowledge of performance management and competency frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and consulting skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive innovation in L&D.
