Procurement Expert Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of a procurement expert. As a Workday P2P specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient procurement processes, managing user access and permissions, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Configure and Support Procurement Modules: Ensure seamless integration of Workday procurement modules including Supplier Management, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Invoices.
  • Perform System Administration Tasks: Manage user roles, access controls, and permissions with utmost care and precision.
  • Create and Maintain Integrations: Utilize Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) to create integrations and provide support in case of any issues.
  • Monitor and Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support to resolve functional and technical problems in Workday.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with QA teams, Product Management, and Business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Design Custom Dashboards and Reports: Build and maintain custom dashboards and reports to support business operations effectively.
  • Contribute to System Enhancements: Participate in system enhancement initiatives and process optimization.

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of Workday Techno-Functional Experience: With a strong focus on Procurement (P2P), you must have extensive experience in configuring and supporting Workday procurement processes.
  • Strong Working Knowledge of EIB: You should have expertise in managing Workday roles, user security, and access controls.
  • Collaboration Skills: Strong collaboration skills are essential to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Custom Reporting and Dashboard Creation: Experience in creating custom reports and dashboards is necessary to support business operations.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems across both functional and technical areas.
