The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with experience in driving sales teams to achieve outstanding results. You will be responsible for designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.

Achieving 100X growth in the next few years will require utilizing high-level work independence and autonomy of decisions to enable the team. You will represent Nobroker Interiors with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.

This role requires effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance to achieve company objectives. Developing personal leadership, hiring, and training skills is essential to ensure the team uses effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.

With a focus on sales leadership, you will drive results-oriented sales strategies and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve outstanding results. Based on industry standards, the estimated salary for this position is ₹28 lakhs per annum.
