Job Summary
The role of the Client Relationship Manager is to build and manage key client relationships, ensuring top-line and bottom-line performance. They are responsible for all client interfaces within assigned accounts or portfolios.
- Account Planning: Develop a comprehensive account plan detailing key relationships, opportunities, revenue expectations, threats, and weaknesses.
- Business Development: Drive revenues by owning the opportunity management cycle, including identifying business opportunities, selling, service delivery, and negotiations.
- Client Delivery: Work closely with delivery teams to ensure customer requirements are met and aligned.
- Negotiation and On-boarding: Coordinate with consultants to ensure fitment with client needs, negotiate rates or salaries, and ensure on-boarding as per customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Handle the complete recruitment life cycle for high-end or niche requirements from clients.
- Thoroughly understand and work on client requirements, guiding the team accordingly.
- Analyze, screen, and submit consultant profiles as per client requirements.
- Conduct initial screenings, reference checks, negotiate pay rate, relocate, coordinate client interviews, and work with Account Managers to close positions.
- Maintain and communicate candidate follow-up and status updates regularly.
Requirements:
- MBA from a Reputed Business School
- 5+ Years of Prior Experience in IT Consulting/Staffing and Recruitment Industry
- Proactive, Just-in-Time Recruitment in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Effectively Manage Multiple Job Requisitions and Deliver on High-Volume Basis
- Traditional and Out-of-Box Recruiting Strategies to Close Positions as Per Client Needs
