Client Liaison Specialist

We are seeking a talented professional to fill the position of Client Liaison Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
- You will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, understanding their banking and investment needs.
- Provide expert guidance on a range of financial products, including client accounts, deposits, mutual funds, insurance, and investment options.
- Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to foster engagement and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products based on client profiles and goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of client requests and resolution of issues.
To excel in this position, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance or business.
- A minimum 2 years of experience in NRI banking, wealth management, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of financial products relevant to NRI clients.
- Excellent client engagement and customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
