Job Title: Client Liaison and Service Delivery Specialist

About the Role:

The Client Liaison and Service Delivery Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams. This role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  2. Service Delivery Oversight: Oversee the delivery of services and solutions to ensure they meet client requirements, contractual obligations, and quality standards.
  3. Project Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and on-budget delivery of projects and services.
  4. Issue Resolution: Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and escalate client issues or concerns for swift resolution.
  5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor service performance, identify areas for improvement, and prepare regular reports for clients and stakeholders on key metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a Service Delivery, Account Management, or Project Management role within the IT services, consulting, or SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering complex services or projects.
  • Strong understanding of service delivery methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
