Client Liaison Specialist

The Client Liaison Specialist plays a vital role in our client success department, serving as the primary point of contact and liaison for order management.
Key Responsibilities:- Day-to-Day Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, prioritizing their needs and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Order Management: Communicate and report on order status, including regular account updates and missing asset reports.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with third-party content providers and clients, ensuring timely receipt of assets and files in compliance with policies.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure on-time delivery of all client orders, prioritizing tasks according to daily work schedules and production timelines.
- Verbal and Written Communication: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
