Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to originate new business prospects through direct sourcing and open market channels.

  • Meet existing customers to generate business opportunities and revenue
  • Cater to businesses with varying turnover ranges, including Emerging Business, Mid Corporate, and Large Corporations
  • Manage customer relationships, addressing service and sales queries to engage and retain customers
  • Identify new segments and set up trade verticals for prospective business opportunities at different locations/regions
  • Recommend and introduce new services to engage customers and generate fee income
  • Aquire Emerging Corporate Profile customers and cross-sell other retail products

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, ability to identify business opportunities, and excellent customer relationship management skills.
