Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide top-notch support to our end-users. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. They will also be required to provide training and guidance to end-users on various applications and systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field;
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in a helpdesk environment, preferably with a strong focus on technical support;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including OneDrive, SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams.
