IT Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled IT support professional to join our team. As an IT Engineer/End User Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing hands-on support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric/attendance systems, and conference room equipment.

You will assist users in day-to-day operations of Microsoft 365 tools including OneDrive, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-user technical support for various devices and software.
  • Configure laptops and desktops as per IT policy and defined software baseline.
  • Join eligible systems to Active Directory based on company policy and user profile.
  • Perform basic hardware diagnosis and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with OEM/vendor for parts replacement under warranty (if applicable).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized college.
  • CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCP, or similar certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in IT support roles handling end-user devices, printers, and basic networking.
  • Experience in working with enterprise IT environments with Active Directory, Antivirus/EDR tools, and ticketing systems.

This role requires strong communication and user-handling skills. You must be able to work in rotational shifts (if required) and provide support across multiple locations remotely. You should also have the ability to multitask and prioritize based on urgency and impact.
