Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices.

As a Technical Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to assist users in day-to-day operations of Microsoft 365 tools, including OneDrive, SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams. You will also guide users on common software installations and resolve application-related issues.

In addition, you will configure laptops and desktops as per company policy and defined software baseline. You will ensure proper asset tagging and labeling before system handover to users. You will also join eligible systems to Active Directory based on company policy and user profile.

Furthermore, you will perform basic hardware diagnosis and troubleshooting (RAM, HDD, cables, display, power, etc.). You will also coordinate with OEM/vendor for parts replacement under warranty (if applicable).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, with experience handling end-user devices, printers, and basic networking. The candidate should also have experience working with enterprise IT environments, including Active Directory, Antivirus/EDR tools, and ticketing systems.

The required skills and qualifications include:

  • Proficient in Windows Desktop OS & Mac OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Joining systems to domain (AD), applying group policies.
  • Installing and updating Microsoft 365 applications and third-party software.
  • Basic printer configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Antivirus/EDR installation and verification.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to end-users.
  2. Configure and troubleshoot devices.

Requirements:

  • Graduation in any stream from Govt recognized collage.
  • CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCP, or similar certification is a plus (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in IT support roles handling end-user devices, printers, and basic networking.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Windows Desktop OS & Mac OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
