">Job Summary

Develop and implement project plans to deliver infrastructure development projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.


">Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate project activities, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements;
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation strategies as needed;
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including engineering teams, procurement departments, and construction crews;
  • Monitor and report project progress against milestones and deadlines;
  • Collaborate with external partners, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution;
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of project activities, including timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators;
  • Conduct regular meetings with project team members and stakeholders to ensure open communication and transparency;
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, and escalate critical issues to management for resolution.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field;

At least 6 years of experience in project coordination, infrastructure development, or a related field;

Strong understanding of project management principles, practices, and tools;

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills;

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines;

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;

Knowledge of project management software, such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
