Project Manager Job Description

As the central point of coordination between stakeholders, you will oversee project delivery by implementing a structured approach for corporate interior fit-out projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring seamless handovers and timely deliverables.
  • Developing and maintaining project budgets, monitoring changes and variations to ensure projects are completed within allocated resources.
  • Coordinating teamwork among stakeholders and fostering collaborative relationships with Client Subject Matter Experts throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Supporting negotiations and coordination with vendors and business partners.
  • Establishing formal reporting arrangements for project progress.

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented with a process-driven approach and excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in building construction with expertise in managing corporate/ workplace interior fit-out projects.
  • Relevant degree in Architecture, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • Experience in individual trades, subcontractors, team management, and client-facing interactions.
  • Tech-savvy with a proven track record of adopting digital initiatives.
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
