Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive project coordinator to join our team full-time.

This role is critical in expediting project processes, managing inspections, and overseeing logistics to ensure on-time, high-quality project completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inspection and logistics management, excellent organizational and time management skills, and exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

  • Drive project timelines and streamline processes to meet deadlines.
  • Manage inspections to ensure compliance and quality standards.
  • Oversee logistics and coordination of project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and implement solutions.
  • Provide leadership, accountability, and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project coordination and expediting.
  • Strong background in inspection and logistics management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
