Job Description
">We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-friendly Sales Associate to manage billing operations and ensure smooth checkout experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling payments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting store operations while delivering excellent customer service.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Greet customers at the billing counter and provide a seamless checkout experience.
- Handle cash, card, and other digital transactions accurately.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, generate bills, and issue receipts.
- Maintain cash register accuracy and reconcile daily sales.
- Support returns, exchanges, and refund processes as per company policy.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter.
- Assist with basic stock and inventory recording when required.
Requirements
">- Experience: 1–2 years in retail billing operations or similar role.
- Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and customer-friendly approach.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and digital transactions.
- Honest, reliable, and able to handle financial responsibility.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
