Job Title: Team Supervisor

About the Position:

We are seeking a seasoned supervisor to oversee daily operations of our team in Belgaum, India. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring performance and productivity of a group of employees, providing coaching and support to help them meet expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of employees, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and within agreed timelines.
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as needed.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a supervisor in an International BPO environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead teams, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to mentor and provide guidance to team members.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working in operations matrices such as Attrition, Shrinkage, CSAT, NPS, SLA.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and upselling techniques.
