Job Description:

This is a pivotal leadership role requiring exceptional management skills. As a key member of our delivery team, you will oversee internal teams to review incidents, problems, and operations issues impacting clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading service delivery supervisors and client teams to establish and maintain a motivated workforce.
  • Overseeing daily operations to ensure client satisfaction, work quality, and efficiency.
  • Identifying and leading department-level projects to realize corporate goals and strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience, with 1+ year in a leadership position. Relevant experience in US Healthcare, US Mortgage, US Insurance, US Process, and International BPO Operation Non-Voice process is highly valued.
