Job Title: Site Supervisor

Overview:

A skilled and experienced site supervisor is required to manage and oversee construction projects on-site.

The successful candidate will work closely with the project team, subcontractors, and construction workers to ensure that the project progresses efficiently, meets quality and safety standards, and adheres to project plans and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Execution:

Oversight of day-to-day construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.

2. Quality Assurance:

Monitoring work on-site to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, as well as regulatory requirements.

3. Safety Protocols:

Implementation and enforcement of safety protocols and practices to ensure a secure work environment.

4. Resource Optimization:

Coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to optimize resource allocation.

5. Technical Guidance:

Technical guidance, issue resolution, and decision-making related to construction methods, materials, and techniques.

6. Site Documentation:

Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records, including daily progress reports and site diaries.

7. Problem Solving:

Resolution of unexpected issues to keep the project on track.

8. Client Communication:

Regular updates to clients on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.

9. Inspections:

Conducting regular inspections to verify work quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Degree: BTech/ BE Civil Engineering
  • Experience: 0 to 4 years
  • Proficiency in construction management
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
