A Senior Project Manager leads projects to timely delivery with exceptional quality. This role demands a strong understanding of site execution for home renovations and the ability to assess design feasibility, visualize on-site conditions, and foresee execution risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand drawings (2D/3D) of all disciplines.",
  • Identify design discrepancies and foresee execution risks.",
  • Validate & review work orders, BOQs, drawings etc.",
  • Prepare detailed project execution schedules highlighting inter-dependencies of various tasks.",
  • Audit the site work by doing regular site inspections as well as monitoring remotely with quality control.",
  • Ensure that all quality and timeline related requirements are met.",
  • Give technical inputs and instructions to the Site supervisor.",
  • Update project trackers & summaries and share weekly progress report to all stakeholders.",
  • Analyze data to identify performance bottlenecks and devise corrective solutions.",
  • Be the quality custodian of your projects ensuring superlative customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Management Graduate or Construction management from Tier I/Tier II Institute.",
  • Strong Project Management/Engineering/Architecture background with 6+ years of experience.",
  • Deep appreciation and understanding of site execution for home renovations.",
  • Ability to assess design feasibility and visualize on-site conditions.",
  • Process-driven project management professionals with quick problem-solving skills.",
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.",
  • Proactive and capable of prioritizing work.
