Project Lead Opportunity

This is a part-time position with a hybrid work model – a combination of remote work and in-person site visits or meetings as required. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of commercial ICI construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop project plans, schedules, and milestones; provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Site Management: Coordinate with site supervisors to monitor on-site progress and address any field issues.
  • Documentation and Administration: Maintain accurate project documentation using construction management software. Handle all project administration, including submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, change orders, site instructions, deficiency reports, and closeout packages.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare cost estimates, bid packages, and tender submissions for ICI projects. Track subcontractor invoices and prepare project billing and progress claims. Maintain strict budget control and identify cost-effective solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Represent the company at project meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors through proactive communication.
