Experience has shown that a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting senior project managers. This individual is responsible for preparing reports, charts, and project documentation to ensure seamless coordination and execution of industrial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed reports, charts, and project documentation to facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up on action points and resolve potential conflicts proactively.
  • Coordinate design and engineering between different disciplines, perform clash checks for PEB, civil works, piping, ducts, and openings, and provide solutions to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Develop preliminary schedules, bar charts, catch-up plans, and look-ahead schedules to track project progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • Assist in cost estimating, tendering processes, and tender documentation to expedite resolutions for queries during the execution stage.
  • Track and report potential or actual project conflicts to the project manager and take necessary steps to resolve them promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E.) or Master's in Construction/Project Management (M. Tech in CPM).
  • 2-4 years of experience in project or construction management within consultancy or construction organizations.
  • Basic understanding of cost estimation, tendering, and documentation is required.
  • Proficiency in preparing schedules, bar charts, and project tracking tools is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong coordination and follow-up abilities to remove bottlenecks and expedite progress.
