Job Title: Construction Cost Analyst

Manage costs and budgets for construction projects, utilizing strong analytical skills to ensure accurate estimations and efficient resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of project scopes and design requirements.
  • Validate technical specifications from the design team and optimize them without compromising client requirements.
  • Prepare and present Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to management for approval.

  • Submit alternative solutions and budget options for consideration.
  • Explore new products and technologies for potential incorporation into projects.
  • Propose optimization options to enhance budget efficiency.
  • Meet tight deadlines for completing budget requirements without delays.
  • Produce detailed reports on project cost analyses as per management's requirements.
