Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Project Leader to spearhead our engineering and project delivery teams.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution within established timelines and budgets.
  • Develop comprehensive project scope, Gantt charts, and budget plans involving all relevant stakeholders for the successful delivery of distributed projects.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, optimize project costs through regular tracking of major expenses, and maintain accurate project updates in ERP systems on a regular basis.
  • Prioritize projects, allocate resources effectively, and provide technical and safety training to team members.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all projects in cloud storage and ERP systems, ensuring files are easily accessible and adhere to industry standards.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments:
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements, manage Commercial/SoW related issues, and follow up with procurement teams for timely material dispatch.
  • Regularly discuss with Asset Management teams for smooth handover of projects as per guidelines and timely clearance of observations, if any.
  • Support project teams to resolve site/client related issues.
  • Vendor Management:
  • Identify, develop, and manage execution vendors for flawless project execution, ensure ESG compliance by vendors, and establish processes to ensure high-quality project delivery.
Requirements:

18-22 years of experience in project management, preferably in the field of engineering and construction.

Able to lead cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, and manage budgets and timelines effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
